For Badoo’s sonic branding, A-MNEMONIC collaborated with Untold Fable to create a distinctive and memorable sonic logo. The brief was to capture the essence of Badoo—a dating app focused on real, authentic connections. Our composer and sound designer, Adam Shaw, developed the Badoo heartbeat, a rhythmic sound that evokes the excitement of dating—the rush of a first message, the anticipation of meeting someone new. The sonic logo pulses with a “Badoo, Badoo” rhythm, giving the brand a heart and identity that stands out, perfectly complementing their new “Find Something Real” campaign. The sound is human, emotive, and uniquely Badoo—designed to resonate with their audience and enhance brand recognition across all touchpoints. This project was a great example of how sonic branding can reinforce a brand’s ethos.
